All our services comes with a FREE BASIC HEALTH CHECK where we will perform a visual and basic test to your hardware and software components and recommend a course of action if any problems are found.  Any basic problem found is fixed FREE OF CHARGE!

Our fixed price Laptop Repair Service Plans starts from only £34.99 and includes all labour and all parts as specified below. 

If you live outside of Dorset there is a small charge of £20 to cover the cost of return courier which still offers unbeatable value for all our repairs.  Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own delivery and return.

With our No Fix, No Fee promise we will not charge you for labour if we are unable to fix your laptop*.

LAPTOP BRONZE REPAIR:  For the fixed cost of £34.99 we offer the following services inclusive of all labour:

  • Virus / Spyware / Malware Removal includes FREE Anti-Virus Software for Life.
  • Investigate and Fix Software Related Problems such as no internet or web, email problems, programs not loading or taking too long to start.
  • Windows Re-Installation to factory condition (as new again!) Recommened once every 1-2 Years. We back up your data first and re-load back to your laptop on completion.
  • Laptop Not Booting such as Blue Screen, Errors on start up.
  • Investigate Dead Laptop that wont start i.e. no display or text on screen (POST/BIOS info) when you turn Laptop on.
  • Problems not mentioned here are normally covered by this Service Plan! Please tell us your problem and we send you a quote to fix it!

LAPTOP SILVER REPAIR:  For the fixed cost of £49.99 we offer the following services inclusive of all labour and parts:

  • 1GB RAM Upgrade (+£20 per each additional 1GB)
  • Data backup onto 5 x DVDs (up to 23GB) or USB Flash Drive (up to 16GB)
  • Replace Screen Inverter (laptop screen is black, very dim or reddish in colour)
  • Full 16 Hour Service and Health Check (Virus, Spyware removal, speed up your laptop, Optimise, test all hardware components, full printed report supplied)
  • Replacement Power Socket or USB Socket (+£20 for each additional port)
  • Dust Buster (clean out all the dust, crumbs from keyboard, fans, heatsink and CPU and  add years to the life of your laptop)
  • New AC Power Supply
  • New Battery
     

LAPTOP GOLD REPAIR:  For the fixed cost of £79.99 we offer the following services inclusive of all labour and parts:

  • Hard Disk Upgrade to 500GB + Data Transfer To New Hard Disk
  • Data Backup to 500GB external USB hard disk
  • Replace Screen Backlight CCFL (laptop screen is black, very dim or reddish in colour)
  • Dust Buster
  • New Keyboard
     

LAPTOP PLATINUM REPAIR:  For the fixed cost of £139.99 we offer the following services inclusive of all labour and parts:

  • 4GB RAM Upgrade
  • Screen Replacement (for screens 8"-15", Please ask for quote for 17"+)

If a replacement part is required that is not specified then will we find the best price though our network of suppliers and pass on our trade price to you.

Free Upgrades?

When we receive your computer you pay a fixed price for our time no matter how long we spend with your computer.  Take full advantage of this by booking an upgrade?  For example you could rejuvenate your laptop with a RAM upgrade or get more disk space with a larger hard disk?  You will only pay for the cost of the upgrade parts and not the labour making this a very cost effective upgrade!
