• If you are unsure how to do this or your particular problem is not listed contact us stating your problem or call us. We will calculate a very competitive quote based on your unique problem.
• Once booked a PCease Support Professional will contact you and will either perform the Remote Assistance there and then or confirm a date and time that is convienient to you.
• Your PCease Professional will securely connect to your computer and fix your problem.  Remember, you are in full control and you can take control of the mouse or close the connection at any time. If you wish, we can perform the fix unattended (while you make yourself a cup of tea) or you can just watch and observe your computer being fixed!
• Once you are happy with the fix we will leave you to enjoy your fixed computer!
• We will close the remote connection and the remote session software will remove itself from your computer leaving no trace of this on your computer.
